GROUP CLASSES
Group prenatal classes are offered in my group classroom and are limited in size to allow for distancing. Face coverings are required when distancing is not possible. If Windsor-Essex sits in the red or grey zone at the time of your scheduled course, class will be conducted via Zoom.

PRIVATE CLASSES
Private prenatal classes can be done in-person, from my private office, or virtually via Zoom, from the comfort of your couch-- or bed, backyard, whatevs! Private students get to choose their desired format, and can change it at their whim.
